Im only give this place a one star cause there is no other option. If it was up to me I wouldnt even give them one star. Took my car in for body shop repair on 1/26/22 and was told it would be a 9 day job. Here I am 22 days after still without my car now being told it will be a 26 days job besides the fact that I had to be calling them to get an update every time to hear oh I was just about to call you but you beat me to it. Got excuse after excuse as to what the delay was. This place lacks professionalism and very careless. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Should have stayed with Elmers body shop.

I've referred a few people to Tom Durfee and he's taking really good care of them. He deserves a 5 star review for follow up and follow through stand up guy.
We were just there told them not to run credit through more than 3 places. And they ended up running it 11 times. Now i have 11 hard inquiries on my credit that wont come off for up to 2 years. And my credit score took a hit also. Not happy with this place at all.
