****LIERS***** The worst dealership I have been to in my life. Waste of time. Full of hassle, stress and they are all full of lies. With empty promises. I will never buy from here again. *COWBOYS* Phil Hamberger you never pick up the phone or reply to emails you are the biggest crook. You are suppose to be head of business you can't even communicate to your cusotmers, I'm starting to think it is a racial thing.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. After owning Bentley cars for the last 21 years this is the worst service I have ever received. A straight forward service turned into a disaster. A simple request to check the power to the boot on my GTC turned into hinges being replaced, which I now believe were not required as the same problem re occurred after I collected the car, when I then found out all it needed was a power charge as I expected. I asked for my key fobs to be changed when it was serviced and was surprised to get a call half an hour before I was due to collect to be told the car wasnt ready as the fobs were arriving the following day, so the car was left with them to complete. On collecting my car you can imagine my surprise when I looked around the car there was masking tape on the boot lid which the advisor and I removed, then there was a muddy boot print on the glove leather trim and the passenger seat and I was then told by the way the air-con was not working (which was before the service) and they will contact me with a price to repair. (that price took 11 days of me chasing to receive) Then I was given my old keys back still expecting to be given my new fobs but was told they still havent arrived. I complained to Bentley Essex and received no response so I sent an email to Bentley Motors GB on 23/04/2020 and it must be a standard implemented as they havent responded to that email or the follow up emails either. My second Bentley is also now looked after by the local Rolls Royce main dealer and the service is excellent and you feel as though they care and are interested. They also carried out the air-con repair using the same Bentley parts for under half the price I was quoted. If you care about your car or pocket find an alternative dealer.

i called them for urgent parts and told me they call back! BUT they did not call back!!! tried calling them back and put me hold for ages so i hang up so not gonna use them again. am pi***ed off :/
