Internet Salesperson Amy Walker was an absolute delight to work with. She was kind, patient, and attentive to all our questions with the vehicle that we were interested in and ended up purchasing. Thank you, Amy. We are loving the our purchase! I stand by 4 STAR rating on my Amy but compelled to drop my rating to ZERO STARS if I could after dealing with SIMPLE inquiries with the Finance department, especially ROB LOWMAN, who avoids work even with the simplest call back request except when I show up at the dealership to only get ghosted but magically get a quick email after talking to the owner by chance. Terrible customer service with an issue NOT HANDLED two months later!

The worst service ever!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! All of their employees are very rude and unprofessional. They tell you anything just to make a sale and charge you. They dont do anything as promised. I bought this Jeep for fun and got all the extras for cleaning, tires, paint etc. I PAID FOR ALL OF THE SERVICES and got nothing in return. I tried to schedule a service and kept getting transferred from one person to another. Everyone is unreliable and they take advantage of every opportunity to slack in their working environment. I took the car in for cleaning for the Butler Service and I paid extra to get the car cleaned inside and they did a very poor job at cleaning the car. It makes me wonder if they even put anything on the paint like they advertise because the car looks like it was taken through a car wash. Nothing more, nothing less. I took pictures to prove it. I wish I never bought from them!! I spoke to the finance manager and the guys at service. Everybody is very rude and very unprofessional. I would recommend to purchase anywhere else but with them.
