Not very happy with their customer service right now. I emailed to see if a vehicle was available and was told it was so I said I would be there today to look at it. When we got there the salesman sent us to the wrong vehicle, we told him it wasn't right he was confused and went to find out where the right one was. He then came back and said it was in service and we could come back in a couple days to see it.

I took my car here to get my radio and seatbelt looked at. After they looked it over, I was quoted a price that I couldn't afford then, so I just took my car back without doing any of the repairs. I later called the dealership that I purchased my car from and discovered that I still had a warranty for the parts that I needed, so I called the service department and spoke with John to see about getting my car in after he verified my warranty. A week passed and I hadn't heard from him, so I called John and he said that he would call me back. This went on for almost two months. I would call every week or two and he would promise to call me and that he was working on it. He never called me back with updates or anything. Frustrated, I called crown dodge in Dublin and worked with Tyler. He had my car looked at, called and verified my warranty, ordered the parts I needed and had it installed less than a week from when I first contacted him. Crown will be getting my business from now on. I'm still waiting on a call from John at Jeff wyler.

Sometimes car buying can be a scary experience especially for women. However, I went to Jeff Wyler today and Mark Jr and Ryan Six crushed that stereotype. Ive purchased 6 cars from Honda and had a great experience all 6 times well today I took a gamble and lucky number 7 paid off. They LITERALLY gave me exactly what I asked for. Ryan has awesome presence and charisma and then Mark Jr sealed the deal with his impeccable customer service. Oh wait lets not forget about the guys in finance. Incredible service, anticipated my needs and gave world class service. Thank you Jeff Wyler and team I will be referring people and Ill definitely be back. Ladies your safe at Jeff Wyler!

Avoid this dealership at all cost. They sold me a lemon and didnt even have the decency to return my phone call to talk about it. Look at their reviews on the BBB website (not google that doesn't even post half the reviews); this location has more lemon complaints than any other car lot that I can find in the area. They are epitome of the shady used car dealer. Avoid at all cost, or it will cost you a lot.
