Kate, thank you for the feedback. I am sorry that you have had some issues with the MKZ. We do our best to mechanically inspect our used cars. With the rims being bent, there is no test or check for that. Our technician wouldnt have known anything about the rims being bent if the vehicle drove well during the inspection. The heated seat must have worked when you purchased it or else I am sure that you would have brought that to our attention prior to buying it. The vehicle did have a clean Carfax as well. BUYERS BEWARE! We bought a 2016 Lincoln MKZ in July that supposedly had a clean car fax. Dealer promised that they would balance and align the tires since it had a wobble in the front. That NEVER happened and weve come to find out that all four rims were bent....cost us $1200.00. Now weve found the the wires in the heated seats are melted. New wires and a module are needed. There is NO WAY that the dealer didnt know about these issues unless they just sell cars without inspecting them which is just as bad if not worse! Complete lack of customer service.......will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN AND WILL ADVOCATE THIS MESSAGE TO ALL I CAN!
