I called to get a price for a tale gate molding on an f150 truck. The1st person that answered me was very helpful. But when I called back 2min later I had another gentleman answer me he wanted to know what I needed so I explained to him the same thing as the 1st gentleman that had answered & he said that what I was looking for was a special order & that it would cost more! How is it that in 2 min everything changed! Not only that my husband called them & they told him that they don't carry that molding at all!! So what type of business are they running! A Clown Shop!!
Muy mala atención de sus empleados, lo tienen esperando mientras ellos se la pasan platicando, después te mandan a pagar a la caja donde no hay nadie y tienes que esperar a que las cajeras salgan de comer la tarta del rincón y por último te mandan a esperar al almacén a que te entreguen las partes muy tardado todo y si llamas por teléfono es lo misma, te piden que selecciones el.numero 3 veces de diferentes 5 opciones para que al final te pongan a esperar por más de 15 minutos, es una listima que una tienda tan buena tenga la peor atención al clienye
I operate body shop at San Diego, and ordered few parts from Jonathan and gave him resale number upon ordering parts to have tax waived off. Obviously they forgot somehow and charged me sales tax. I released vehicle about 2 month later and went over my invoice and noticed a tax collected from NAP. I called and ask for a refund and they refuse to give me a refund back. I know you can actually file a form through state or IRS and recollect those fees paid. They won't even give me a store credit for me to use them again. I totally lost trust from this company and I will never use them again. Even if insurance company tells me to I'll just tell them that I will not use them. You have just lost a potential big time customer based on your poor customer service. This if for you Marie at Accounting department. Thanks a lot.
