Never go there for vehicle service. Two times I've gone for services. Two times what I was told I needed was expensive and didn't fix the problem. Never again. If you need something fixed, go somewhere else. Anywhere else. You come out worse going there.

I put tires on my vehicle at an independent tire shop. I needed to have my tire pressure sensors re-learned so I took it into their service department and ask what they would charge to do this. The service advisor told me there would be no charge. So I waited. He came back 10 minutes later and told me it was going to be 50 dollars. While I was waiting a lady came in to buy a battery for her keyless entry key fob. The other service advisor spent 5 minutes trying to shove an oil change and tire rotation contract down her throat for $155. I went do any more business there and I would advise anyone looking to do business here to be very cautious.

So they couldn't give us a loan, but it's do disrespectable not to at least call us and tell us. Will not even return phone calls. Never again would I choose to talk to them.
