Worse customer service ever. I bought truck there and I had to call them like 10 times for 45days in order for them to process my title and the title processor Nicole bad attitude ever doesnt matter that you are a customer. Idk who gave them a 5 but the dont deserve it

I needed a bulb put in my turn signal today. I bought the bulbs but the guy who was trying to help me couldn't get the panel off to change it. I was close to Lakeside so I ran over there. They said it would be $40 labor. Wasn't that helpful of them! My neighbor will help me and tho I have bought 2 cars at Huntington Chevrolet, Lakeside won't ever get my business. I heard they gouge you and now I believe it!

Went to the dealership with 3 vehicles in mind to look at. I did my homework so I kind of knew what to expect out of the vehicles. Dan Brown, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable and guided us through the various steps of the buying process with no "pressure buying", all decisions were ours to make!! We test drove all 3 and decided on the most expensive one, thinking no way we could afford the payments. Lakeside had various payments, terms, warranties, etc. that let us get into one of the nicest vehicles I have ever owned. I will recommend Lakeside to anyone that asks me about where I purchased mine and will continue to use their dealership for as long as they are around!!!

Went in and test drove a vehicle liked it and said I was interested. They said they would have it mechanically check then call me. Two days later I was told it was unsafe and they wouldn't sell it to me it is still on the website and one day after I was told this someonesaw it being test driven by another person. They kept trying to push other vehicles on me that I was not interested in. Then every time I try to call them they wouldn't answer my calls. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.
