They called me yesterday to tell me that my car was ready however I got there today and was there over an hour waiting on them I was promised a wash and wax and a full tank of gas I got the wash which happened while I was there so I'm not sure why they called me yesterday to tell me that it was ready to go the wax didn't happen when I got in the car the gas light was on so they sent the guy to the gas station with a gas card he put a quarter of a tank in I walked in and I said listen y'all told me a full tank of gas the guy handed me a 20 was not impressed really hoping the car impresses me more than the company

I had previously dealt with another Mazda dealership to purchase 3 other Mazdas. That dealership would have received 5 stars every time, but it closed. I would walk in, tell them what I wanted, and it was mine, including payments. Budd Baer was not the same at all. Unfortunately, it was the next closest dealership to me without driving over 2 hours away. They were not overly responsive to helping me (do you want to sell a vehicle or not?) and gave me one hassle after another. Their excuse, of course, was my credit, which is not great, but I lease my vehicles and my credit is actually better now than it was when I leased my last vehicle 3 years ago from the other Mazda dealership and had absolutely NO TROUBLE then. Plus, I downsized on vehicles by about $15,000 and my payments only dropped by $27 a month (and I had a co-signer with EXCELLENT CREDIT). Not overly impressed with this dealership at all.
Great place to shop/ lease a car. Very friendly sales team ( Thank You Patrick Handyside) who helped trouble shoot some unexpected problems and made sure we got the car delivered in a timely manner. Very friendly team , willing to work with you to get you the best deal . Highly recommend them.
