It's true, their place is dirty from the dog hair they don't clean up off the customer's chairs. It's okay to bring your dog to work but it's not okay to not clean up after your animal, especially when you have customers coming in all the time.

Came in on a Tuesday around 3 for a replacement Pikepass transponder that I ordered for pickup online. Came in, sat, waited for a few minutes and was taken care of all within about 10-15 minutes. There was only one other person there being taken care of at that time. Robin took care of me and although she wasn't a basket of sunshine, she was nice and got the job done (which is all I ask for from tag agencies). The place has cute decor too :) Helpful tip: Look at attached pic and read signs before going in
