The experience was gut wrenching, painful and I was in tears. They fixed an electrical problem and kept my van for up to four weeks. They requested overy $1000 for each week, fixed the wrong thing and put over 300 extra miles on my van, ripped the carpet in my trunk , had wires hanging out. They had my backseat down and everyone kept telling me they saw different guys riding all over town in my nice 2011 silver town-n-country. The lady there was even brave enough to tell me how great my van drove. My tank was on "E", I gave it to them on "FULL". The heavy set head guy with the long gray beard only told me he was so sorry, gave me $19 in cash and said, our man mechanic lives very far I'm the country part of Thomasville and had to take your van home everyday to work on it, that's just just how our business go here, I'm sorry you're upsethe sweetie, but there is nothing we can do about it, at least your car is fixed. I've been having problems out of my van every since. Never take your car to them, you will live to regret it, only thing I can do is deal with the loss.
