I'm in the market for a car, specifically the Q50 so I stopped by the Suitland dealership since they are near my house. It was a Friday (6/30/17) after work, near closing time but the salesman seemed as if he couldn't be bothered. My wife & I were looking at the used Q50s when he walked up. He introduced himself, ask how he could help & literally that was it. He didn't give me a business card, didn't ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL! I found myself selling him on what I wanted instead of him trying to sell me what he has on his lot. I got that look from my wife & we left after no more than 5 min. I mean this joker (Wi_ _ _e) didn't provide any customer service. He acted so blaise, as if we were bothering him. You only have one time, to make a bad first impression with me. My money will be spent somewhere else. I would of preferred this dealership since it's near my house, but you would have to pay me to even consider purchasing from here based on the salesjoker we met.

Impressed with the staff inside the sales office, but due to issues below I can't recommend them. Update 7/30/2022 After getting my car home I found both front tires had sidewall bubbles in them. 1" on the driver side and 1/2" on the passenger side. Was told the car had a complete safety check. Now have to spend a $1000 to put on a new set of tires. After getting my title and getting plates found that someone at the dealership mounted my temporary plates with sheet metal screws. These ruined the mounting treaded holes for the plate. I'm going to have to drill holes in the trunk on a Lexus LS600 to mount the rear plate.
