If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you don't have a manager available on a weekend, you should atleast have a decent customer service representative that can help to address a mistake that your company is responsible for. I scheduled an appointment, you confirmed my time, and then when I show up at said time, you state that I don't have an appointment scheduled and that I'll have to wait even longer for you to fix your mistake. I now understand why Allen Webb has an F rating with the better business bureau. It's because of you, I wish I never would have bought my mazda.
I bought 2 2013 Mazda 3's, one for my wife and one for me. The buying experience was pain free and easy. Last week I noticed some paint coming off the hood of the wife's car. I took it in expecting them just to fix it up since we have only had the vehicle for 1 1/2 yr. A front desk women and manager came out took a peek and said this is tree sap damage and they aren't going to cover damage. I didn't say anything because I was in shock. I also am a disabled veteran that suffers from severe anxiety so I am very soft spoken now. I took the car to a body shop and they laughed about it being tree sap damage. They said that this hood had been painted before and that this is paint failure. When I took this information to Mazda they told me that only one person can approve this being fixed and they only come in once a month. So here I wait for a call from Mazda saying bring it in. I know I will end up having to drop over a 1000 dollars on a brand new car. All I wanted them to do is the right thing. I highly encourage anyone to shop anywhere else because dealing with this is just so frustrating and ridiculous.
I set up a appointment on the 19th at 10:20, and when I show up after waiting a month they tell me it has not been scheduled and I'll have to wait almost another month!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!! I asked him nicely to work me in sooner and the only help I got was I'm sorry we are all booked!!!! it's now over 700 miles over the 5000 miles the factory recommends to get the oil change in my brand new 2016 mazda 3!!!!!! All I have to say is this company has no concept of how to treat a customer!!!!!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had in the car buying process!!! Ps I have bought 3 cars and have never been treated like this!...... even more disconcerning, the way they treat customers coming back for their free service makes me want to just go pay for my oil change instead of having to cater to a company that has no customer service!!!!!!!!!!
