Service dept made me feel like they didn't want my business. Have a fleet Vehicle with a possible brake problem and the said to come back on Wednesday, today if Friday. Its was like I was bothering them. Never again. Off to Firestone

I recently had recall and service work done on my Ram P/U at Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and as usual was very happy with my service work. My Service Writer was San and he did a great job as usual taking care of me and my truck, I could not be more please with this dealership.

Purchased a JGC Trailhawk there this week. James and the team at Simi Valley Jeep made it super easy. We were able to do most of the transaction over the phone, so when it came time to get the vehicle, I was in and out of there pretty fast -- they definitely respected my time. I was happy with final price and their general approach. There are lots of other Jeep dealers between me and Simi Valley, but I am glad I made the drive to work with the team there.

I haven't bought a car, nor have I even visited this dealership. I don't know anything about the actual people who work there. But I'm still making this review because of their utterly horrible and annoying as hell commercials.
