I have spoken with our customer service representative and our service manager and we have pulled together the entire line of reasoning for the previous repair to your CTS. While I do not wish to explain your vehicles repair online for your privacy, our team is more than willing to walk you through the repair process and discuss the reasoning for the authorized repairs. The experience at this dealership during my last visit was fine. They completed the services I needed at the price stated. Jeff was very friendly and nice. My one critique is there was one recommended fix that nobody went over with me nor even offered to fix at the time. Based upon my last experience with this dealership I would give it a 9 rating. However, I give this dealership an overall one (1) star rating and would not recommend this dealership to anyone based upon previous experiences. The way I see it this dealership still owes me approximately over $1000.00 in refunds for services for fixing replacing parts and performing maintenance on my other vehicle that did not need to be fixed. In other words, misdiagnosing an issue, more than once, and charging me for their mistakes. It is not right. I do not trust this dealership to perform any services on my vehicle past minor issues such as an oil change or tire replacement. Actually, I do not trust them with that either, but on this last occasion they were the only Cadillac dealership in the area that could get me in within a few days for the oil change which my vehicle desperately needed. This dealership, from my past experiences, fumbled the opportunity to build trust with me and earn my business. I would never recommend this dealership for anything including purchasing a vehicle.
