a bad place, a bad experience, I come on vacation of New York to California, very nice place, I bought my Durango Gt in NYC, I have been driving I need an oil change, I call Mopar and they recommend this place for my oil change, I call this place to make an appointment they tell me that it is not necessary to make an appointment that is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 p.m. I arrive and they do not want to do the oil change because the quotas were full and I needed an appointment because the mechanic works 8 cars a day, I am disappointed, bad experience, very bad customer service, there was not a manager who spoke to me, I come from New York on Vacation with my Durango 2020 the best experience of my life, but in this place they did not want to attend me or do any service to me, I do not recommend it to anyone My info [email protected]

My vehicle was towed there around 8:30 sign in around 8:32 and didn't get out of there till after 12:30 it was a very long and tedious wait however I did get the two tires changed.
