They had an extreme lack of quality that stood out instantly. They should complete all tasks that they are paid for in the estimate but apparently they thought they could just cut corners, skip over some of it and still be paid and not get caught. My guess is any good review is somebody who doesn't know any better and most likely was taken advantage of for not knowing different
I took my car to Dan's Body Shop after being involved in an accident. I asked several friends for recommendations for a good body shop and was overwhelming told to call Dan's! Nate walked me through the entire process and explained what needed done along with a time line (which he met!) for the repairs. I was extremely happy with the quality of their work, they went above and beyond what they needed to to ensure my car was flawless when I picked it up!!! Needless to say, I am giving Dan's Body Shop and Nate a FIVE Star Rating!!! I will continue to go to Dan's and recommend them to my friends and family!!

I came here because of the reviews. However after my experience I probably should have just gone to the dealership bodyshop. I should also note I'm a couple of months late in my review. I took a 2017 vehicle in and initially it was fine an estimate was done I called the insurance a couple days later the adjuster looked at it. It was all down hill from there. Ordered the incorrect parts on multiple occasions only gave me B.S excuses in the process. What really upset me is that didn't even call me to tell me what had happened. I had to call them to see if my vehicle was ready. Due to their mistakes and according to them backordering of parts (not their fault) the job took 3 months to complete. At the end gaps were too big mud guards were not tightly secured. I really heavily in reviews and in this case I was disappointed. A couple of weeks later my brother walked in with a GEICO quote and according to him owner was rude, and offered no service. He ended up leaving and doing the job somewhere else. Be cautious if you come here but definitely stay away if you're bringing in a newer vehicle.
