I called numerous times ,they put you on hold then hangs up on you , over over and over again I even called theState farm agent who is the same family. They told me I would get a call back and never did.

I was there last Friday to apply for a HOV decal, I waited for a while to been seen and was directed to a woman. I sat there in front of her while she was working on the computer. I told her that I ws there to apply for a Hov Decal and asked how much it would cost. She asked what car did I drive ( a lexus ct200h). She told me that would cost me 90 dollars. I had to doible check as I thought I was too much. She confirmed and said that 50 dollars was the processing fee. I ended up going to a privtate auto tag in coral springs and paid 8 dollars in total. While I dont expect the place in Boca to charge me that cheap. I cant undestand why a 5 dollars application becomes a 90 dollars application.

The service was not bad at all, but be aware that agency fees are very high! for an application that would cost you $78 you'll pay over than $200 here, (i paid $217 to add my husband to the title and registration) and they don't mention the agency fees, just the total, so if you don't deal with title transfers very often, you can't know that it's really more than double comparing to a DMV office
