I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I took my car in a month ago for an oil change, tire change, three recalls and for them to diagnose a noise coming from transmission. I just picked my car up nothing was done. The service manager was very polite. It seems like there is no control over the technician in the garage at all. It seems like a free for all. Now I have to drive up to Annapolis dodge dealership to get my recalls taken care. I will never be going back to Fitzgerald Auto Mall
