They have worst detail shop ever! Arrogant and unprofessional while doing a horrible job cleaning the vehicles. I went to sign up and canceled the deal because of this.
I have been in the market for an MX-5 RF for the last 2 months. I inquired about MX-5 RFs on their website which state they are automatic, but the window sticker shows they are manual transmissions. I received multiple emails and texts from the Internet Sales Manager Michael Wills, but even after multiple reply requests for a price quote for VIN# JM1NDAM73N050207, I have not received a response yet. I was willing to give a dealership, well outside of my immediate area, a chance to earn my business and that of my family as well, but it seems like they have been unwilling to provide any transparency or willingness to provide any prices possibly because they want me to drive 1.5 hours to their dealership only to realize they added a $5000 markup as "Market Value Adjustment" on the window sticker. I'm glad I took the time to read other critical reviews on this dealership and stayed clear before I made a huge mistake. Thank you all for the warnings.
I bought a 2010 mazda 3 from Hamilton Mazda about a year and a half ago. I have only had good experiences from the time of purchase to every last oil change, etc. I usually deal with Joy and Mike (?) both of whom are extremely helpful and courteous of my time. I have never felt ripped off or unable to ask a question without an honest answer :)
If you want to buy a vehicle, they can make it happen; any dealer can sell vehicles. What comes after is the issue. I was suggested to buy Gap insurance; knowing I was going to refinance as soon as I walked out the door because my bank offered me a better rate than what they offered, I asked if it would transfer over to the new loan. I was told it did. I purchased the GAP. Later on I found out it did not transfer to the new loan. I received notification from their bank that the loan was paid in full. I contacted the dealer to submit the cancellation request on the GAP; it was a pain because it is difficult to get someone on the line. 2 months later I still don't have my money back. I called to follow up and the answer I got was that my vehicle was repossessed and because of that the money was sent back to the original bank(Ally). I told them to contact Ally and to get back to me after they know what they are saying. First time I give such a bad rating but when it is difficult to get someone on the phone and deceiving information is provided, 1 star is what I can provide. They do have one thing going; when you do get someone on the phone they are very polite.
