Disappointed with the quality of work done to my car. My 2017 Subaru BRZ was in an accident and I was recommended by progressive to take my vehicle here at the expense of the at fault party. I didnt notice these imperfections at first as I was happy to get my car back and I went on vacation right after. 1. The panel gaps between the hood and the fender, along with the fender and the door or noticeably bad. 2. The front bumper is not clipped in all the way. 3. My alignment is still off. 4. The door makes contact with the fender when opening it. (Noted by my passenger) Attached are pictures of the side in question, along with the other side for comparison. I was able to pull out the fender so that it no longer comes into contact with my door. But this was still something I should not have to do to have a functional door Overall, Im happy to have a car to drive, but Im just disappointed in the level of work done with my car. The only reason why this isnt one star, was due to the fact that it was done early. But Id rather have my car fixed correctly, than fixed fast.

Went to get an estimate for my car, they took pictures and said they would get back with me. 3 days later, nothing. I called and was promised a call back, never received a call or any type of communication. If you dont want my business or too busy to take on another customer, have the decency to let me know. Very disappointed.

Grady and team did a great job on my Honda Accord. Not only they got me a new bumper at good price but also took care of minor scrapes around the car. My car look like new. Highly recommend them for any auto body job.

I cant say enough good things about the auto body repair shop. I of course hate that I have to go there, but when I go the staff always makes me feel comfortable and confident that they can get the job done. Super friendly staff, and great work. The work is done quickly, efficiently, and for reasonable prices. Not to mention that my Geico rep can meet me there and get me into a rental quickly. They just make life easy! Ask for Bob, hes the best!
