I was pleased with the sales team's efforts to make this a pleasant experience. Brent, Tim, and Bob spent probably 3 hours over the course of a couple of days to work this out. The morning after I picked up the vehicle I opened the glove box to get the owners manual and there was not one with the vehicle. I called Brent and he got one for me right away. One thing I was disappointed with was the prepping of the vehicle. It was dark when I picked it up. Later the next day when the sun got on the vehicle it was obvious it was a hurry-up job to get it ready for pick up. It looks like rather than washing it someone just wiped it down with a wet towel. Not good for a black finish. The tire dressing was not evenly applied to the tire and there was dirt on the rear floor mats. Not only were these issues obvious to me, others I was showing the vehicle to commented on what appeared to be a hurry up job.

I have never liked the process of purchasing a new car until this time! All of the steps that I truly loathe were eliminated. I was not hassled. I didn't have to sit in the office for hours. I didn't feel forced at all. Ethan and Tim made me feel so comfortable from the beginning to the end. I have never had a car delivered to me before. I was so excited! I regret that I didn't get the names of the drivers. They were so professional and nice. I truly felt like a queen! I expected less, but I was given the world!! Thank you, Legacy! I am going to share my experience with as many people as I can!

We appreciate you sticking up for family, and we do accept productive criticism. However Tires are not 10 years old, It was disclosed that the rims are a set of Z06 rims from another vehicle. LEGACY did not sell yall a tire warranty (3rd part tire shop did), and LEGACY did not tell you it wont be covered when a nail went in our tire and wheel protection does cover it regardless of age. I understand yalls frustration but the tires tred depth, condition, and life of tire according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is considered safe.

My brothers wife bought a corvette from this place and the wheel and tires had been swapped out with some older rims and outdated tires...when purchased they said everything checked out...she was having a flat on it and found out the tires was 10 years old on the car..plus they could not even fix the tire...whats funny is they new it and said nothing the outdated tires..this was said by the manager..what a piece of trash...if this is how they handle peoples safety and lives...you might want to think about doing business somewhere else...thanks
