Worst dealership experience ever!!!! To much negative to list it. They are inept!!!!! Just a few things this so called dealer did. 1) bought a new diesel ram fuel empty def empty. 2) they sold me a new truck that need inspected the next month. 3) they cant seem to register a vehicle. Since I bought my truck and need to get it inspected I still have not seen the registration. 4) customer service was so far below par I have nothing nice to say. Oh and Solomon should I send the ticket to you if I am pulled over ????????? Probably not you dont even have enough cash to put money in a vehicle.
The dealership staff is knowledgeable and truly tries to get you into a vehicle of your specifications. My last three vehicles have been purchased there and if this level of service continues my next three will be as well.

On January 12 /2021 I purchased a 2018 Grand Cherokee. It was an easy decision to buy from Solomon, the salesman and entire staff were very easy to deal with. I would recommend checking them out and ask for Travis

Utterly disorganized Had an appointment to buy a car, with an email confirmation an hour and a half before hand. Got there and they couldn't find the vechile and had no idea where it was. After an hour of them running around trying to find it they finally figured out that a sales manager was taking it to Florida for a week. Very poor communication and no apologies for the wasted time. Definately did not feel prioritized or valued as a customer.
