We just bought a car there about 1 1/2 months now and Im not impress with their service at all. Had I knew they were that unprofessional, I would never had went there. When my new plates came in, no one called until our temporary 21 days plates were almost expire so we had to go there to see if they had it. So the actual plates had been there this whole time, but no one even call us. Second, they owed us a windshield for the little crack that had happened during test drive, but refused to and wanted to touch that little crack up. We had to bring the car back twice to get a retouch on some deep scratches on the body, yet it came back looking as if they never even worked on it. The manager Brad was very unprofessional when we told him that we werent satisfied with their services, yet he threatened to end our services. This was the most disappointing experience we had and I would never do business with them again.

I called to set up an appointment to test drive the Q60 to see if I like how the Q60 handles and feels compared to other cars I am in the market for. But because I was not specifically interested in purchasing a vehicle they currently had on the lot I wasnt worth their time. How am I supposed to know if I want an Infiniti on their lot if I dont know how it feels to drive one?! I currently drive an Infiniti G35 and I want to upgrade to the newer q60 but I guess if Im not ready to buy the car, I can not test drive it (even though they have a used one with 44k miles on it that I was asking to try). Later that week I went to the Kia next to them and bought the new 2022 Kia Stinger GT2. Definitely worth checking out before heading here.

Purchased a used SUV for my wife. Larry in sales was easy to work with and we were able to wrap up the deal in a short amount of time. Larry and his Sales Manager Scott were also very receptive and helpful in some follow-up issues that occurred. Vehicle was washed and vacuumed when brought back for service and members of that department were very helpful also. Highly recommended!

Excellent vehicle, great sales person, disappointing pick up. Got handed keys, told it should be in one of the first two rows, wandered around with my 3 (small) kids to find it, open the door to find a razor blade on the floor. Out of the 10+ people working, nobody came to show me the car, how to pair my devices, etc. I was handed keys in building & was to figure it all out. Lastly, turned on the vehicle to have less than a quarter of a tank of gas....& no windshield washer fluid. Kind of a bummer. 5 stars until pick up, disappointing finish.
