I do not recommend the service department at this location. The are not fairly priced. And it takes them three separate visits to even program a keyless remote and each time it has taken them close to two hours to try and program it. And blaming faulty keyless remotes that they sold me! Ridiculous! Do not take your car here if you need service! Very disappointing! And they will waste your time! Also the men in the service department are rude. The manager is okay but the other guys are very disrespectful! The cashier is very upbeat and polite. But seriously 2 hours for someone to program a keyless remote!
Without a doubt 5 stars. We ran into some car troubles on a road trip where we were several hours away from home. They were able to take a look at our car and get us off on our way reasonably quick. The staff was exceptional. Everything a dealership should be.
Just another band of traveling gypsies. Customers come in expecting they have won a new giant flat screen TV, only to leave with a handful of Susan B. Anthony gold dubloons.
