They have got the nastiest attitude in customer service and obviously do not see the value in being courteous or professional in dealing with customers. I called before I came to ask about their hours and the person who answered was very short like I should know already their hours of operation, so uncalled for! WELL I don't I'm not from the Baltimore area..when I got to the store I wasn't greeted or asked if they could help and while I shopped the manager or owner started arguing with his employee who was putting up a display,this went on 10 minutes and I left. They will NEVER get a dollar of my hard earned money!!!
