Taking back the 5 Stars I gave for their ineffective fixes to the myriad of issues Ive had with a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. Ironically, I expressed dissatisfaction and disappointment in my original review of Savage61, but they called me and BEGGED me to change my review to 5 Stars and promised theyd take care of everything! Never happened, so now Im p!ssed!
After leaving 2 other dealerships because they were rude and acted like you were an inconvenience, I finally found a good one! I took my new truck to Savage for a remote start factory installation and some recall updates. They were cordial and very helpful in getting my appointment set up. They are friendly inside and we even had a gentleman check on us a few times in the service waiting area to ask us if we wanted coffee, drinks, or anything else he could get us. This is a great example of what a dealership should do. You need friendly faces greeting customers, understanding personalities, and the ability to treat it more like a friendship than a business transaction. I am happy at Savage and will be using them from here on out.
Visited with my father about a half a year ago great customer service but they were unable to help my father but they did lead us in the right direction and then let us to a company that specializes in Jeeps
