They truly need to fire everyone at this dealership and start over. Its absolutely terrible. You couldnt spoon feed these sales people easier and they still are garbage. Go to KC or OKC!

Do NOT shop at this dealership!!!! I paid cash for a Range Rover & have had the WORST experience ever with these people!!! They would not budge on the price, even though the advertised mileage was different than what was on the actual vehicle! I was involved in a car wreck & had to replace my prior vehicle. So I was in between a rock & hard place with getting a replacement as inventory was way down across the country due to Covid. They have yet to provide me with a key FOB that they agreed to order in & program MONTHS AGO!!! I have asked for proof of the order & havent received it yet either! I also contacted a dealership in CO & they said they are getting in key FOBS in 4 weeks MAX! They do not think twice about being in default of their contract, false advertising & do not care if you buy from them or not! Go to another dealership & transfer the vehicle there or find another vehicle, BEWARE!!!

Austin and the whole team at Landrover Wichita was awesome to work with. I am 3 hours from the dealership, so they delivered the new car to my house and drove my trade-in back. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Would definitely recommend.

Still Waiting............ Weve been at the dealership for over 1.5 hours waiting for our car to get an oil change and our tires rotated. We watched though the service window and nobody was touching the car for 30 min. There is only three cars in the service center and there were four mechanics standing there on their computers for the majority of the time. God only knows how long we are going to waste our day here. Wish us luck.............
