I was told it would be 75 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation, get the bill it's 89 dollars, big rip off,plus my owners manual says 10,000 miles per oil change but you most use pure synthetic oil so I did have that installed, they put on the sticker on the window 5000 miles,so there going to go against the maf. Instructions, so after this I will go to someone else, another way to get the consumer .That's just my opinion

Worst place to go to and try and buy a car from Mark gave him my license and he never gave them back to me called up there several times to try and get them back now i have to spend anywhere from $30 to $50 dollars to get me a new license even the manager says to me he is done with this conversation and hangs up on me

Purchased a RAM truck as an out of state resident and had a great experience. They did FaceTime walk throughs of the Truck, did multiple follow ups on inquiries I had via text, email, and phone depending on my availability. Delivery went well and post-delivery help needed was handled in a friendly, quick fashion. Highly appreciate my experience with the Team!

New Pacifica with warranty issues. I called and made an appointment for Ottawa with Bill Walsh. Needed a loaner and told them that from start. They made my appointment for wrong dealership to start I find out after I get to Ottawa as they logged it for LaSalle, wouldn't give me a loaner even under warranty benefits and I've got the extended warranty. Didnt care that I just drove 40 miles to get to this appointment. Told me I could hang out for the day. UNACCEPTABLE for a $50k van with issues!
