Mr. Walls, unfortunately you showed up after hours and my clerk had already locked up the door. In speaking to her, you did not have a mask on, and she was very uncomfortable with the situation. We will be glad to help tomorrow from 10-2 or Monday-Friday between 8:30-5. Thank you!

I needed help to get some documents together for court, as someone stole my car. It was the end of the day and the woman in the picture wouldn't help (despite me having driven 2 hours to get there) - all on video. I then pleaded with them to simply allow me to call them, as opposed to having to drive two hours again the next day..the woman was not only unhelpful, unsympathetic, but downright rude. If I can avoid using this firm/service, I will FOR SURE. I am SURE I am not the only one...video them, hold them accountable. ENOUGH OF THIS...

Not a huge line but the staff was clueless. They will dismiss you if they don't know how to process your inquiry. I went to 186 and Dixie and it took them 5 minutes to fix my papers.

By far, the best experience I have ever had at a vehicle tag center. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very complicated situation involving a deceased person, lost title, no will, next of kin in California, and me with a power of attorney. Nia and Kayla were outstanding! Highly recommend.

I recently relocated from out of state and I was clueless where to start to transfer my cars. This office walked me through everything I needed. They were very knowledgeable and made the experience a breeze. Officially FL cars. Very happy to find this place. Will be back.

Sorry to hear about your experience. However, we did request your out of State title, and still have not received it from your lienholder. When you called to inquire about the status, the clerk was not aware that the request had been filed under your middle name, instead of your last name. This was a simple misunderstanding. Misplacing does not equate to losing all your records. We have not, and will not, call you back until your title arrives. We have done our part, now your lienholder needs to send us the title. You did not have to start the process over, you simply needed to be issued a 2nd temp tag since your lienholder has not released the title. This situation does not warrant skipping lines. While we would like the opportunity to continue assisting, you may start your out of State process at any other office in Miami - Dade.

Would not recommend, went on 7/15 to get my title transferred and tags done. Never received a call back. When i called them, they claimed they couldnt find any information at first and then finally said thwy found records, but lost all my paperwork and that i would jiat need to bring my paperwork back in. Now after waiting over an hour the first trip, they are telling me that I will need to sit behind 20 other people to fix a mistake THEY caused. If i hadnt already done the paperwork I would gladly have gone to a different tag agency.
