They are the worst I had the worst experience of my life. They are not helpful at all and try to take advantage anyway they can. Me and my sister both got fulled by them and after everything they basically said Stick with the car ur problem not ours. I had no experience and was charged a lot extra fees a ridiculous down payment after I realized what happened there was no going back and they were very rude. Please be careful. I would never go back there. I don't know how they can run a business the way they do. It looks very bad for Kia I would never recommend anyone to go there.

I just want to start by saying Anthony was a great help, but management was horrible, after speaking to Anthony on the phone and I explained my budget and price range the manager told me to come down to the dealership they can definitely work in that price range $400 for the car that I wanted, it took me one hour and 40 minutes to get to the dealership, test drive the car we spoke about and spoke about trading in my used car Anthony took care of all of that, but as usual everything needs to get approved by management, this is when I started feeling discriminated I sat on the chair waiting for them to look at the number and to appraisal my vehicle, I literally sat there for 1.5hrs listening to them joke around and conversation between them self all this time they knew I was sitting there waiting because Anthony told him several times, finally the manager came start down no apology or explanation to why they made me wait, first he wanted to under pay me for my vehicle by at least $3000 and then told me the vehicle that I wanted to get would cost me $580 per month, after i drove for 1hr and 40min leaving my wife toddler and newborn at home which they knew was difficult for me to do he wants to charge me $180 over my budget, I told him I cant make that deal and I left the dealership forgetting Anthony had the keys to my car i back to get my keys and the manager told me listen I wanna make a deal with you give me your use car and $5000 and I will try to make it $500. I am not good with the lease number but those number definitely seem like a scam, I felt like I was in a good cop bad cop situation definitely not a trustworthy business for me.

If i can rate this dealer with a minus star I would. Their service department is ridiculous they cant figure out issue with awd and remote start and they would like to keep the car there for a week and not giving a loaner.
