Nice cars. Horrible service and management. Cant be bothered to answer the phone at 2pm on a Thursday. For over 10 minutes itll just ring in your ear and auto transfer you around. If the staff lacks that meager accountability then how do you think they run service? Like your cash belongs to them just as your time does.

Service is fine; its never stellar, but absolutely shocked at the lack of PPE that employees wear in the facility. Service desk reception and cashier desk employees are largely not wearing masks. Theyre partially behind plexiglass panels, but they wont even put on masks when walking through the common areas of the waiting room.

I've been hearing a lot of bad reviews about this particular dealership. I try to judge based only on my past experiences. With that being said, I need to take my Jaguar XJL for repairs. It sure would be nice if I could get someone to answer the phone. And if by chance you are fortunate enough to have your vehicle serviced, go over every inch of your vehicle, while dropping off and during pickup. I discovered multiple things wrong with my vehicle. Things that happened while it was in their possession. Be sure to take video. Do this with the loaner as well. I would also like to know who owns this particular dealership. Bad reviews assist me with determining if I'm willing to risk bringing my vehicle here and so far over the past 6 years I'm leaning towards going elsewhere. I'll keep everyone informed regarding future experiences, if available.
