Useless. Brought my car in after it being broken down for about 2 months (bought from another dealer, not parkway). They let my car sit for 3 days after we told them itll die and continue to damage the battery and alternator which were brand new and had just been replaced by another mechanic. After we realized it was going to sit for another week before they could get to it we canceled our appointment so we could take it elsewhere. When I arrived to pick my car up, they didnt even know where it was parked. Took 5 minutes of the dude searching the parking lot before he found it and brought it up to me. It was shaking terribly like it always does after its been left to sit dead for a day or two. The only reason they bothered to go move it was because it had to be jumped after we TOLD them it would damage the vehicle to let it die. Not to mention one of the service guys told us it would probably be a $2000 part minimum to fix it without even knowing what was wrong with it yet. Id rather somebody run my feet over with a tractor then ever take my service to Parkway again.

Ppl seem nice but still charged me 120 bucks just to tell me they cant get a transmission, also took them 2 weeks to tell me this and I tried to call and they would never call me back. Then when I went to pick it up the battery was dead and wouldnt start.
