When I bought my car back in 2015, the sales manager was the most unprofessional and discourteous person I have dealt with in a sales setting. He was rude and short tempered and tried to make me feel stupid at the decision I made to NOT buy a new Subaru from him after I found out that the car he had brought in for me was the same model as the floor model I was promised, yes, but lacking many features or upgrades that the floor model I was promised had. I had asked for a different color vehicle which is why he had to have one delivered to Columbia. It is pretty sad that after 3 years from when I have been on his lot I have such a horrible impression of University Subaru that I still won't step foot on their lot even though I am in the market for another vehicle now and would prefer a Subaru.

The body shop did a terrific job with my car after a collision. Staff was very friendly and professional and the car looks as good as new. Also they fixed the car in three days....awesome!

I bought my vehicle here but thats not what this review is about. I recently had my drivers side window smashed out and brought the car back to the shop here to replace the window. It was a smidge more expensive than going through safelite but I wanted to support this local business. They installed it and dropped the car back off. Once back to me, I realized quickly that they didnt vaccum the broken glass out of the back seat or the inside of the door! Imagine my surprise when I called them back to finish the job and the service department manager refused to help me! After spending almost 500 dollars to repair the window I was told that they dont have a vacuum cleaner nor do they have the "special tool" required to get into the door panel! Frustrating to say the least. I thought I had a good relationship established with this dealership but they definitely lost a customer with me.
