I am giving it a 3 star, went to get an oil change, (first time at this Honda dealer) the customer service people at the service center was great! And it was so nice from one of the guys to give my little one a balloon. The waiting room is awesome but it does look like the game room needs a little maitance, the game machines dont work. They have popcorn coffee, hot coco etc... on the meanwhile I decide to go to a sales person just right across just to check prices and for a quote. Oh my Why did I even go there!!? The 2 people that helped me out ( I believe the guy said his name is Guen or Gwen, or Gneff something like that ) but he had like recognitions from 015 and 012, there was a nother guy that G called so that he can give me more information, he insinuated so many things that sounded like he was being racists towards me, I dont know if he was nervous, or if thats just the type of questions he asks which are irrelevant when youre just there for a quote, or even when purchasing a vehicle and G was sounding racist as well when he asked for some papers that any other dealer Ive been too never ask for and are also irrelevant! If I could rate the sales rep I would give it a ZERO.

Had an appointment to take my car in for an oil change and they said I would need to leave my car overnight. Overnight for an oil change? That's ridiculous I told them no and I am taking my car to Jiffy Lube instead.

I looked into this matter and was told that while one key was made in error and you were refunded the charge, you did request and needed one new key. Did you not need keys at all? Customer service sucked. Overcharged for an extra set of keys I didn't need. Manager apologized, then never called back.
