Terrible Experience!!! Was treated horrendously by staff. I have emailed the manager multiple times about my complaint and have received no response. Definitely would NOT recommend.

On a stifling hot day we had to get out of the heat and the staff supplied a lovely cold drink of water ( no we didn't need alcohol that time after all of the 43 degree heat in the city.) They were also very helpful in sending us in the right direction to continue on our walk after we had waited for 10 minutes outside beforehand for a taxi that didn't turn up. It is a quite busy hub of activity and had we more time to return we would have come back for some more great hospitality. Thanks
