I will never do business nor recommend to do business with this company, I ordered a rear axle for my Jeep Grand Cherokee, what arrived is an old axle and it stated on there website it was in very good condition, well thats untrue, the whole axle needs to be redone, seals bearings and needs to be repainted as well, after spending $400 on the axle now I have to spend another $500 just to use the thing, they told me that they would do a refund minus the shipping cost that I would have to pay, its nonsense, theres other places that are better out there, so I guess its buyers beware

At first we thought they were great. We needed a fender to a vehicle they just got in. One of the guys said that they were just waiting on the title from the owners before they can release the vehicle. Ok understandable. They said it will take a couple of days. They would call us. We waited for a few days then stopped by to see the status since we havent received a phone call. Still nothing. We were dealing with another guy this day. Super nice but wasnt sure what was going on. The original guy we were dealing with comes in...seems annoyed...and says I have your number. I said I would call you... We waited for a week and a half. My husband went there today and poof the car was gone. The guy today didnt know what happened We understand if plans change or if the car was sold or the owners took it back...but all we wanted was a phone call. Now we are back to square one. Ordered a COMPLETE motor and it came in with no coils, a few missing sensors, rusted pulleys and evidence of major oil leaks and residue. The motor is in terrible condition. I called to try and resolve this and was told there is nothing they can do. They said even though I paid for a complete motor, it really only covers the internals. If thats the case, I shouldnt have been charged an arm and a leg for a complete motor that is in terrible condition and missing many parts. There was also a terrible miscommunication and the motor was shipped to the wrong address. They took no accountability for this error. Extremely disappointed and buyers beware!
