Horrible service end experience. Did business with Continental a few years back with good things to say, however it went way down the bottom now. Decided to order a radiator from them instead of a less expensive one of ebay, thinking i will have the piece of mind to call someone if needed, returns hassle free etc. WRONG. Could not get a radiator picked up for a return for close to a month, because it wasnt right now. And they made sure to fight teeth and nail so everything even the return was my fault. Noone ever calls back. They make sure to put all the blame and fault on you untill the last second. Dont bother asking for a manager, because all of them are managers and act like they have custumers lining up and do not care of you. Nobody ever picked up the radiator, so decided to drive an hour to return it physically. Said the refund willgo back on the business card we bought it with. WRONG. The retfund never got back or made it. Its been extremely long time, and nobody cares, drops phone calls and acts like they doing you a favor. I will file a complaint and just because of the principle, and since i have the resources will sue them for whatever my lawyer deems neccessary including stealing my money by not returning it. This way atleast ive done my part so HOPEFULLY(doubt it) it will not happen to one of you. If you want an extreme headache, no customer service, use them. A mom and pop shop has better service and appreciation for customers than they.
