Misleading prices. Prices were blended in with all rebates. Will draw you in, check your credit score and even though it's above 800, not offer you the $2,000 discount you can get if yours is 600. And they don't put in effort to gain your business by fair negotiating. Just lost a potential customer. Stay away.

I bought a 2017 Prius in January. My niece, who works for a different dealership, accompanied me. I had made an appt to see the car so it was sitting in front of the office. We walked around it many times looking it over and took it for a test drive. It had no accident report and seemingly was in great condition. We went and got food while the salesman drew up paperwork to buy. We were gone 20 min. When we got back I signed paperwork...the sales person seemed very nervous at this point but signed anyway. It was dark when we got home. The next morning I noticed a huge dent on the passenger side, with grease and dirt still in it. I contacted Chapmans many times....to no avail. While we went to get food someone ran into it and they knew it. They are dishonest and would recommend anyone looking for a car to seek another dealership!

The problem that I have with Chapman Jeep is their Service Department. I have felt like the job of their Service Managers was to give you as many excuses why they cant take care of the problem till you just give up. I bought a 2020 Jeep Renegade from them and am now trading it in for a 2021. The only Jeep dealer that I did not check price and inventory was Chapman because it doesnt matter to me if they have the best deal. I would still be stuck using their sub par Service Department. Ive already cut a deal with a different dealership and have a sense of relief that its not Chapmen.
