Mr.Totten I appreciate your feedback regarding the pricing and color of a used OEM complete bumper assembly. I am not sure why our sales staff quoted you a blue bumper after you told them you had a white one; nonetheless we are constantly striving to provide the best sales experience we can for any customer that gives us the opportunity to do business. As far as pricing, we would have had to order that bumper assembly in for you and unfortunately there is a cost for us to do that. In this particular case, a brand new complete bumper assembly painted and ready to go on your vehicle from Nissan for half the price of a used one is a pretty good deal. Most of the time used OEM parts are cheaper than new OEM parts.

I called for price for bumper cover for 2012 Nissan Sentra. They quoted me 600 for used blue one. My car is white. I called Nissan parkway and get one for 300. Seems speedie is a rip off

We are sorry that you feel you have been mistreated by our company. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity, and always standing behind our parts when we are at fault. In this particular case, we offered money for labor to fix the problem. We also offered to give a full refund and to pick up the motor at your shop when it was out. You guys refused both of these options. Again, were sorry you feel wronged by our company.

I bought a Part from this so called Yard, They didn't honor there warranty, and they didn't want to do anything to satisfy the problem. I'm not be buying anything from this place at all, and I suggest you and everyone buys from a place that will honor what they advertise!

I spoke with Bobby to inquire about a part and while attempting to discuss prices he was rude and stated "How about you go higher I'm smiling." Very rude and unprofessional. Will not ever be doing business with Speedie Auto Salvage. Would never recommend anyone doing business with them and Bobby should not be allowed to speak with any customers.
