They do a great job if you can be patient. If they do the work it's a job well done. If you need parts from them is another story. Part information is hardly provided or known and the help/ courtesy is hardly there.

for some reason when you call in to inquire about a spring they cannot take your phone number and call you back. You, the CUSTOMER, must call them back in "10 minutes" every time. I am a paying customer I do not feel that it is my responsibility to call back!

My 16 year old son wanted a lift on his truck, he did the research for parts needed. We drove 70 miles to get the u bolts at Atlas Spring. When we arrived we told them what we were doing to the truck and were unsure what size we needed. Their own guy, measured and said he knew what we needed. We paid for the parts and took the truck to a shop for the lift kit. Several days later the shop called to inform us we had the wrong size of u bolts. We called Atlas Spring and were told, sorry no refund or discount, even though they were the ones that made the error. Now the truck is apart on the lift and we have to drive 70 miles again to get the correct size, charged full price. So after 280 miles and over $100 later, I cannot recommend this business to anyone, disappointing
