The people that worked in the back on the cars were very rude! One actually ran into my parked car when I brought it in for servicing and then said well I think this is both of our faults and well there's no damage so o well! He worked there and everybody saw it. I never got as much as an apology from anyone there about this! Also, when this place was owned under the previous management, when they fixed my cars they would provide a loaner but these people refuse! So, they make me rent a car from them and pay a lot of money for it! Overall just very very bad! The big boss that works there is the only one that had any manners but still he did not apologize either. I'm thinking of submitting a claim just for this reason as it just happened! Jerks!

Horrible financial and managerial Service. Be careful when signing. All they car is to sale. Horrible customer appreciation! Will never go back to this dealership and buy car. Be careful every one. God bless.

Friendly informative staff. No pressure sales, which made me stay and workout a car that was right for me. Best experience very proud to own a Chevy. For the record I went to Toyota first and it was awful and unhelpful. Im so glad for that because I ended up at Silveira Chevy and now I have a fantastic Trailblazer!
