Keep up on your used inventory. Make sure its accurate everyday. There was a lack of communication and it showed. I wasted my time coming by to only find out that the car I wanted to check out was already sold. Not only that it was bought by the dealership manager....if your gonna buy a vehicle make sure you communicate it through the entire sales team. It was still on the website and one of the dealers still thought it was available. All in all communicate better and keep on your inventory. Seriously unprofessional and a waste of time.

I hate to be the person to complain about stuff, but I kinda dislike how things were handled. Asked them to diagnose a misfire, my car ran really smooth 98% of the time, never had it break down on me or stall or anything, just wanted the check engine light to be gone. Car was in there for a day, paid for 2 hours of service. They werent sure what was causing it, which is fine, I know how it is working on cars. But when I got it back it was running worse than before, it kept almost dying and stalled out once. An hour into driving it afterwards, it got so bad I had to have it towed home. Called them and told them it had a blinking check engine light, was shaking really bad, had no power, and threw a code for a cylinder 2 misfire. Their answer was that it was shaking because of a bad wheel bearing, and that they could figure it out, but its a question of how much money I was willing to pay to do so, and that they could check valve clearances, (they told me they were going to when my car was still there). I know stuff happens, and I wasnt upset at first, but it just seemed like they didnt want to take responsibility for my car breaking down immediately after they worked on it.

We've had the worst time getting a warranty item replaced. No calls back on the part, and was even told by the service manager to go to another dealer to see if they could get the part. He wouldn't do the work to find the part and order it. Lazy!!!
