This agency treated me and my father horribly and I wish I could give it 0 stars. My father went a day in advance to make sure we had all necessary documents for the transaction we hoped to complete the next day. The staff ensured my father he had everything he needed, and then when we went the next day, they lied and said they had not done that. The manager spoke to my father with extreme condescension and disregarded everything he said. She denied any failure in communication or customer service and then even told us she "might as well be a lawyer" because she has a contract with PennDot. Ha! Pretty big ego, especially for someone who is unable to deliver on her word to a customer and couldn't get the job done. Because of this manager with the horrible attitude, we had to delay our trip, although we were able to get what we needed to get done at another agency the next day and they mentioned that Imperial had a pretty bad rep. I would never use this company again - it's not worth being treated like your business doesn't matter and like management doesn't show basic signs of respect. Stay away.
They have terrible service and they lied to me. One woman had a nasty attitude and crossed eyes. She told me I had to pay over $400 for a license plate and registration. So I left and went else where and only paid $85. Will never come here again!

Be careful I switched to a no name from progressive when I pay upfront and when I didnt right away I was asked to sign specific forms and oops an accident, never been in one and this noname insurance sent me forms to allow them to see employment payments and give permission with my social and now other drivers insurance company wants a recorded statement from me to help. How nice .. Something is going down here. I was also charged $400 for them to tow the truck and keep it for 17 hours that I didnt want towed and was not allowed to drive it to a parking spot on the street while I was being sent to emergency room with neck and back pain which lasted a couple of months and felt like I was hit going hi-speed while to get my truck out I had to change a tire and bring someone to do that and had to wait a long time before anyone let me go to my truck to change the tire
