Hello, sorry you are having issues but tint isnt always perfect We attempt to get as perfect as possible and back it up with a lifetime warranty Jessica meant if your glass is defective and causing an issue We cant repair glass I did have a conversation with her in regards to this We do back our work up The reason we asked if you bring during the week not Saturday is because it takes a few hours to steam rear windshield to remove properly with out damaging defrost lines Then we need to re tint Our Saturdays are shorter days for this type of job Rather then rush we would like extra time to make sure its as perfect as possible I wish you would of reached out to a manger or owner before doing a review We have attempted to call you twice and left messages To work out getting your tint warrantied We have not received a call back Give us a call and we can see about working out a Saturday by coming in earlier to take care of To try and accommodate your schedule No tint shop is perfect thats why there is warranty If any issues having your warranty taken care of You can always reach out to me and I will make sure its handled Tony the owner

Had my windows tinted last weekend. Had a few bubbles in back window waited all week for them to go away. Told me before I left any issues come back. Went back today they said the guy who installed tint would look at it. Ok. While I'm inside he apparently looked at it and said it's normal. Huh girl inside looked at it and said it's normal. Huh ? If I wasn't happy they would re do it but it might happen again. Um ok But you have to bring it back during the week no weekends so I have to take a day off from work to fix your mistakes. Should have went to dynamic tint first lesson learned

The staff at highend are the best !! Wasn't happy with my vinyl sticker ( not their fault ) so they went over and above to replace and make me love it :) I'm completely satisfied.. i will be back and recommend highend to everyone ....

I went to Hi End after I had a problem with my audio system which was installed by another company. They were very professional in troubleshooting and letting me know what the problem was and fixing the problem for me. Since then they have installed audio and navigation systems, alarms, back up cameras and custom lighting on my vehicles. I would never go anywhere else besides here. They are well trusted, professional and customer service friendly. I recommend everyone to High End.

Customer service here is great, although prices make you cringe. I was disgruntled about my subwoofers and they worked with me by giving me an higher end amp to the max. Couldn't have gotten a better deal anywhere else. They conduct great work but you're going to pay the price.
