$46 to change a $2 fuse on my vehicle. I only brought the vehicle there because I bought an extended warranty through them and they said $0 deductible if you get the work done at their garage. Low and behold, the issue I had with the electrical on my heated mirror was not included on their warranty that they told me covered so much at the time of purchasing the vehicle. They wanted over $300 to switch out the mirror, so I said no thank you. Intermittent wipers weren't working and it turned out to be the fuse. They charged $40 for the diagnostic test to tell that the fuse was out. Enjoy my $40, as it is the last money you will get from me.

Hi Joanne: Thank you for your feedback as it gives us a chance to clear up a misunderstanding: The Technician's inspection mark from our Jefferson store should have hit the purple (which means not applicable to the vehicle). You may see he did mark the rear axle in the purple--which means your vehicle doesnt have one (hence it doesnt have a driveshaft/ u joints or transfer case). The store sincerely did not mean to mislead you, but understands the confusion this created. We appreciate your business and apologize for this miscommunication.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle I looked over the inspection page and saw my U Joints needed immediate attention. I contacted the Griffin dealership I bought it from and took it in right away to find out my vehicle doesn't even have U Joints. Pretty cruel to try to pull something like that. I will not be back to this particular Griffin dealership and will be sure that many other people will not be going there as well. You have lost my business.

Got turned away from their fast lane service that's advertised on their website because they "haven't had that for 2 years since Griffin bought them." Why is it still advertised if it's no longer a service you offer? This was a horrible experience after driving a fair distance to get to the dealership.
