I am going to be honest this dealership had options as far as inventory as of lately not so. And look I understand with this pandemic everything is slow but come on I had to go to willow groove to buy my wife the range she was looking for because a sale man told me it will be about 2 weeks to get that Car plus got a lower quote in willow grove range rover dealership for the same exact range and let me tell you they have a lot of inventory/options to choose from. Also the service in the Allentown location takes about a month to schedule you in reason I say this is because I bought my Jaguar xjl here in the Allentown location last year but man if I knew there service would take this much to get a appt in. I wouldve gotten another car somewhere else. Plus I forgot to mention me and the wife about a month ago was waiting on a quote from this sale man to call or text us never received a call. This time the sales man exactly reached out so I appreciate that but it was too late, already purchased the range elsewhere. Update 03/10/2021. I appreciate the owner responding, much success to you guys.I know COVID has pushed back many thing but as far as myself having to wait a month plus to get a service is ridiculous. I literally called your service dept to service my Jaguar yesterday 03/09/21. which by the way I just sold today thank god couldnt take it in to you guys because your appointments are as far as a month plus. Thank god I had my regular dealership gmc take care of the minor problem this morning for the gentleman I sold it to Can enjoy, which it was to reset the tire sensor. And I did love that Jaguar xjl I had but couldnt deal with services like that which is the main reason I sold it.

This is the shadiest and most unprofessional company Ive ever done business with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I told the sales rep from the beginning I had to sell my vehicle in order to get the remaining down payment for a vehicle. They said it was okay, and then I continued to sign the loan and papers for the vehicle. They then asked for wiring instructions and I told them I was out of town and would be selling my vehicle when I returned the next week and would be happy to give them 8k until I returned as there was no way for me to sell my car as there would be no way for me to get home and theres no dealerships near me. They said that was fine they just needed it to move on with my customizations. Then hours later continued to threaten me saying they are going to sell the car to someone else if I didnt pay the downpayment today (literally at 4:30 pm). At this point Ive signed paperwork, the finance manager and salesperson Emily okayed the delay in remaining downpayment and everything. Absolutely terrible company.

I am on my 4th vehicle from JLR of Allentown, and thats no surprise if you have worked with their team before. From Greg(GM), John (my sales guy for many years), finance (Steve) , the awesome guy that detailed it before delivery, everything single one of them made the experience perfect. From previous cars, I know the service side will be just an great. Walter is the man, and Chelsea is wonderful to work with!!! I love seeing their team! My business will always remain with JLR as I feel like a part of their family! How many dealerships know about your husband, kids, and dog? None! JLR takes pride is relationships with their customers.

Wow these guys are great! The sales team at Bennett Land Rover were able to get me out of my lease and get me into a GORGEOUS 2016 Chevy Colorado. So happy with my purchase and beyond happy they made the buying process fast and simple. A big thank you to Sabrina, Rand and Rob Calloway for making this happen. I will certainly be purchasing my vehicles from Bennett from here on!

Last week on Tuesday my mother and I went to the dealership knowing what we wanted and John Lacy helped us contact another dealership to get the car on the lot. 24 hours later we put a hefty deposit down and were told the car would be ready Thursday. Thursday someone called us saying it would be delayed until Friday. Friday came and they said it wouldnt be there until late and they would need time to service and clean the car (Note: none of these phone calls were from John). Today, Friday afternoon, we received another call that the car has scratches all over the door the woman on the phone says The car doors are scratched, what would you like to do??, providing no other options, no other car availability, nothing. Land Rover Allentown is a joke, to say the least, and John Lacy is a spineless salesman.
