This company has my Jaguar at their location for a warranty repair. It's been there a month. It needs a new engine. They WILL NOT communicate with you. They will not provide a loaner or rental. I've reached out to management and corporate. Do yourself a favor and run far away from them.

I bought a Lexus RC Fsport 11 months ago and I still do not my Tag and Title for the car. I paid in full with cashiers for the car, taxes and registration and basically feel I must beg for a temporary tag to make the car legal. Over half the time we have had car the tag is expired and the wife will not drive it with the tag out of date and all I get is a runaround I have. So what am I supposed to do Checkerded Flag Jaguar-Land Rover?

Stopped by 2:30pm on Saturday to add air on my tire, service department is closed but employees are inside. They didn't even have decency to open the door and ask what I need.
