You did not bring in a vehicle, you brought in a Jet Ski. We do not take boats or Jet skies. They are fiberglass and have no scrap value. If you asked before driving over the scale and pulling the unit off your trailer as employees informed you you couldn't you would of saved yourself the headache. We gladly buy vehicles or any other items that are metal and pay a competitive rate.

Worker told me to junk a vehicle and leave it in a certain area. It was a jetski,4 stroke engine with plenty of metal on inside. But before I pulled on to scale I went into office to ask about what I had and the employee told me to pull it right up. Then four separate employees watched me pull across scale from windows. I then waited on side 10 min before I was instructed by a fork lift operator where to dump it. Instead of yelling at employees below you, retrain your employees and take some responsibility for your poor management skills before running onto google and making up lies to not turn customers away. The manger (an over sized kid) came out yelling in my face and made a complete ass out of himself. Makes me take it back and manually load it back onto trailer after watching me push it off. All could have been avoided if when I walked into office before pulling on to the scale to ask if it was possible.( Also older jetskis on display in entrance of junkyard mind you). If I could sum up this business in one word it would be "unprofessional". Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere like Dover.

Bought a 6 x 10 sure-trac Dump Trailer and could not be any happier with the service. The price was the best I found on the internet and Dan was a total professional and processed the transaction in a matter of minutes. Can not remember the employees name that helped with the prep and delivery but he was outstanding as well and very thorough.

Sorry about your experience. If you had any discrepancies in the grading of material you should of brought it to our attention at the time of payment. After reviewing the pictures of the scrap brought in on 9/25/21 you can clearly see light iron and some non ferrous mix that was listed on the ticket. Any questions about material grading can easily be made in person or via text.

Decided to try roxbury since they are open later. (I usually go to georges in newton) and I'm not really a fan and most likely won't be returning. Had a load of heavy iron (#1) that was about 1500 pounds or so. They gave me light iron price for the whole load when I only had about 50 to 100 pounds of light iron. Light iron price is almost half of #1 steel. I could've went to georges where they look at the load every time and pay you for what you actually have instead of making up numbers.
