Everytime I asked a questions they hang up on me or put me on half an hour holds where it'll eventually lead to call drop. Everytime I go there in person they don't greet me like I'm their client. Come on guys :(
I rarely write a review but felt compelled to do so after the terrible experience I had with Maserati America. I have a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte that I purchased new from Maserati Anaheim Hills . It has been garaged all the time and driven only 24k miles. The dashboard started to peel off at the edge which is definitely a factory defect. I contacted Maserati America who decided that after what they claim a comprehensive review to offer that I pay for half the $5000 repair bill. The representative I dealt with and her manager were very unprofessional and kept repeating that the car is out of warranty but will no address the factory defect issue. I think a car as expensive as the Maserati Quattroporte should not have a defect like this I think that Maserati America is very unreasonable and exhibited poor customer service attitude I will never buy another Maserati because of this and tell others to be very careful about getting a Maserati because of all the technical problems and terrible follow up services There are many other cars that are much better in quality and customer service. I will rate them at less than a one star if it was possible. Be very careful Update: I tried to contact Maserati North America as they suggested in their response to my earlier review and sent them an email but unfortunately they did not bother to respond back. This is another indication of the poor customer service or the lack of it that they exhibit They dont stand behind their product and dont respect the clients who invested a lot of money buying a Maserati. Stay away from Maserati and invest in a different car manufacturer you will be happier and better taken care of than Maserati can provide and you will get a better built car. Stay away from Maserati

We just bought a used Mercedes Benz GLS550 from this dealer and have nothing but great things to say about the service.
